The YSR Congress MP from the Ongole Lok Sabha constituency, Magunta Sreenivasulu Reddy, Kavitha, and other individuals from southern states were identified by the Enforcement Directorate. Sarath Reddy is the promoter of Aurobindo Pharma.

Kavitha had already made it known that she would be fasting at Jantar Mantar in Delhi to urge that the Women’s Reservation Bill be put into effect during the ensuing legislative session. To appear before the Enforcement Directorate tomorrow, he has been given a summons.

The CBI has already looked into Kavitha. It is reported that bribes were paid to benefit particular dealers in the Delhi government’s auction of liquor stores for the years 2021–2022. The accusation has been strenuously refuted by Delhi’s ruling Aam Aadmi Party.

Afterward, the Delhi government reversed this policy. The Lt. Governor of Delhi then suggested that the CBI conduct an investigation. The Enforcement Directorate subsequently filed a complaint under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
